NEW HAHN KLEMMBAND AT WITH MANY IMPROVEMENTS

For doors made of aluminium profiles, Dr. Hahn has upgraded the Klemmband AT with numerous optimisations over the previous model. Thanks to the special geometry of the insertable Hahn clamping plates, the Hahn Klemmband AT can support door leaves weighing up to 120 kg when using two hinges in the two-part version. Greater weights can be realised in consultation with the Dr. Hahn Application Engineering department. The roller diameter of 18 mm makes the door hinge on the element very unobtrusive. The two-part hinge version achieves a height of 132 mm.

On house and side entrance doors, the Hahn Klemmband AT is adjustable in six directions, without misalignment of the rollers:

Height adjustment ± 2.5 mm, on the hung door leaf.
Horizontal adjustment ± 1.5 mm, on the hung door leaf.
Sealing pressure ± 0.3 mm by turning the bearing bushing.
Even with maximum adjustments, there is no roller misalignment.
