HAHN AT-G FOR MAIN ENTRANCE DOORS AND SIDE ENTRANCE DOORS

The Hahn AT-G is an improved successor model for lightweight main entrance doors and side entrance doors made of aluminium profiles. The 2-piece door hinge supports up to 90 kg and is adjustable in 6 directions. All adjustments are made on the hinged door leaf. In this way, the door’s height level can be adjusted from + 3 mm to – 2 mm. The horizontal adjustment range is ± 5 mm. The adjustment is infinitely variable, as needed. To relieve pressure, the sealing pressure can be reduced via a – 2.5 mm adjustment or increased via a + 2.5 mm adjustment. A high degree of pre-assembly reduces the processing time in the workshop. For flush-mounted profile systems and recessed situations from 3.5 mm – 13 mm, the Hahn AT-G is used on most profile systems used for main entrance doors. Two different widths of hinge bases are available for fastening to the frame. The hinge is mounted directly without any fastening plates in single and multiple chamber systems. The centre distance for all hinge variants is 68.5 mm (half measure 0) and has remained the same as the previous model.
