HAHN KT-V 6R - MODERN DESIGN WITH RELIABLE TECHNOLOGY

The Hahn KT-V 6R pre­mium hinges ac­cen­tu­ate the beauty of at­trac­tive doors with their sub­tle de­sign and stand out be­cause of their ef­fi­cient, high-cal­i­bre in­stal­la­tion tech­nol­ogy. Hinges of the se­ries achieved hinge class 14 rat­ing for very high loads dur­ing test­ing for the CE la­bel­ing and thus may also be in­stalled on emer­gency exit doors. A good fit is also en­sured even with doors that have high heat in­su­lat­ing cham­bers. The hinges are ap­proved for doors weigh­ing up to 160 kg, de­pend­ing on de­sign of door frame. All ad­just­ments can be per­formed on site by one per­son with­out hav­ing to raise or re­move the door. As tried, tested and proven in real world ap­pli­ca­tions, the door hinge can be ad­justed vari­ably in six di­rec­tions.

Hahn KT-FIX compact for state-of-the-art profile systems

Hahn KT-FIX compact is the evolution of the patented KT-FIX fastening element and now fastens the door hinge part of the Hahn KT-V 6R with four short studs that expand in low pre-chambers. Typically, it is not necessary to drill all the way into the steel reinforcement for this. A drilling depth of 10 mm is sufficient. This speeds up work in the workshop and avoids the risk of scratches to the profile from metal shavings that may escape.
