EXTRA SLIM AND EXTREMELY POWERFUL

The very slim design of the new hinges is noteworthy. With a roller diameter of 18 mm, the door hinge looks very unobtrusive on the element. The other dimensions of the hinge have also become even more slender in comparison to its predecessor. At 167 mm, the three-part version is one of the smallest clamping hinges on the market. In addition to aesthetics, Dr. Hahn is increasingly pursuing the goal of saving as much material as possible in terms of sustainability while at the same time preserving the stability of the door hinges. The Klemmband AT can be used in both DIN left and DIN right configurations and has a maintenance-free bearing point. The same hinge can be used for doors that open inwards and doors that open outwards. It is also not necessary to differentiate between upper and lower hinge. The Klemmband AT can be attached at any position in the Euro groove as a drop-in solution. Suitable variants are available for grooves of 16 mm. The opening angle is 180°.

The Hahn Klemmband AT is adjustable in six directions, without any misalignment of the rollers:

• Height adjustment ± 3 mm, on the hung door leaf.
• Horizontal adjustment ±1.5 mm, on the hung door leaf.
• Sealing pressure ± 0.3 mm by turning the bearing bushing.
• Even with maximum adjustments, there is no roller misalignment.
