KT-RN, 2-piece

The 2-piece Hahn KT-RN Rollenband for PVC doors uses the same fastening principle as its 3-piece counterpart, which allows it to be mounted with screws in the upstand and exhibits a very slender hinge curl of 22 mm. It also leaves the seal untouched, thus ensuring maintenance of the maximum insulation values. It can be adjusted very conveniently and with little efforts in six directions. Vertically and horizontally adjustable by one person. The sealing compression of +/- 0.5 mm can be adapted by turning the bushings. Presetting the bearing bushings during pre-assembly in the workshop ensures that the door can be installed and properly aligned. As a result, on-site adjustments can be dispensed with in many cases.

And it still supports doors weighing up to 120 kg depending on the door frame situation. CE classification according to EN 1935 hinge class 14 is currently in preparation. The door hinge, which is manufactured using extruded aluminium, is delivered for the most part factory-assembled. It can be used on either (left and right) side of the door without requiring any changes. With a standard version, the KT-RN accommodates all common profile variations with a right-angled upstand of 16.5 to 26.0 mm.
