The Trade Fair. Windows. Doors. Facades

Dr. Hahn satisfied with Fensterbau 2016:

The Fensterbau 2016 once again showed its international flair with its high percentage of visitors from abroad, which was also quite noticeable at Dr. Hahn's stand. "All in all, we were very satisfied with attendance at our stand," reports Klaus Weiss, who is the marketing director at Dr. Hahn. "Three quarters of all guests came from abroad. In this case, visitors from Eastern Europe were at the forefront. This shows that the Fensterbau is definitely the most international trade show in our sector. Only here it is possible to cultivate a very high number of existing contacts and canvass new contacts in such a short period of time."

Great convenience

Dr. Hahn was on hand with a stand in pavilion 1 with three main topics. The new Türband 4 Inductio attracted the most attention. In particular, architects, builders and installers who are quite accustomed to dealing with the tangled mess of wires were fascinated by the wireless transmission of energy and signals. The new Inductio system breaks new ground and offers great convenience.

More variations

In addition to that, visitors also sought information about the models available in our range of butt and clamp hinges. Dr. Hahn offers fitting solutions for almost every system supplier of both metal and plastic doors. And that frequently for a variety of system profile sections.

More protection against break-ins

Anti-burglary protection as a subject also enjoyed a lot of attention. There are more than 20 different Hahn accessories for helping door makers and installers to offer customers a door with more secure hinges.       That said, the exhibitor did have criticism pertaining to the new opening hours as well. "The number of visitors in the early hours of morning was so high that it was hard to manage. In the afternoon, however, we were able to pay better attention to the visitors who came, Weiss reported critically. "In our opinion a good compromise for both exhibitors and visitors would be opening hours between 9:30 AM and 6 PM.“
