With the Rollenband AT, the door hinge specialists from Mönchengladbach will present their new butt hinge designed for a wide variety of applications at their stand 129 in Hall B1. This new design may be used with its almost identical design on many different door/frame systems. The three-piece butt hinge can be adjusted in six directions and is able to handle doors weighing up to 150 kg depending on the design of profile sections. The new hinge series shall replace in the future various butt hinges still in Dr. Hahn’s assortment.

 

Türband 4 is Dr. Hahn’s flagship product of its door hinge range. Some important functions were improved just in time for the trade fair in Munich. In addition, details were incorporated in the design to make handling even more efficient in the workshop and on the building site. A new feature in the series is the zero half measure, where the frame hinge blade has been reduced to the minimum space required. This new variation is used especially in situations, where there is only a small amount of space on the frame side. The screw connection is implemented with the hinge blade. All Hahn fasteners may be used for mounting. The new version is marketed under the name Türband 4 AT, thus indicating that it is a further development of the successful product on the market.

 

As of 2019, Dr. Hahn will also strive to address and satisfy the ever growing demand on the market for more unusual colour tones. When it comes to the colour diversity of the profile sections, there are hardly any limits. Dr. Hahn is also following this trend for all of the hinges in its product range. All RAL colours and different anodised tones can be offered in the highest quality.
